Shipping policy
Shipping Policy:
Customers orders that contain in stock products will ship 3-5 days after order has been placed and processed. If a customer order contains products that are out of stock, out of stock product take up to 10-14 business days after it is placed and marked as processed to ship.
Your shipping selection does not apply to ordering and process time. Once your order ships it will ship according to the method you selected when ordering. Please do not consider weekends & holidays in this timeframe.
This time is affected by carrier delays that are beyond our control due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We do our best to ship our products as quickly as were allowed.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE
To make sure your packages arrive before December 25th, here's when USPS recommends you ship by:
- First Class Package: Ship by December 18th.
- Priority Mail: Ship by December 19th.
- Priority Mail Express: Ship by December 23rd.
- Media Mail & Parcel Select Ground:Ship by December 15th.
- Simple Export Rate, First Class Package International, and Priority Mail International: Ship by November 30th for Africa, Central America, and South America—and by December 7th for the rest of the world.
- Priority Mail Express International: Ship by December 7th for Africa, Central America, and South America—and by December 14th for the rest of the world.
Please NOT THIS SCHEDULE IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE.
Invalid Address Policy:
Our customers will receive a courtesy email notification in the event that the carrier has deemed the recipient address to be invalid. Please note that if no response is given within 48 hours following the second attempt to contact the recipient, the parcel will be shipped out to the address given on file.
- Please ensure that all Suite/Apt/Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed in ‘Address Line 2’.
- If the recommendations above are not properly acknowledged and executed by the customer, he/she assumes all risk of not receiving his/her order.
- no refunds or exchanges will be granted. The customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive his or her products.
Missing Package Policy:
If the carrier has deemed that your order has been delivered to the address on file, but you have not received it please check your respective leasing office and/or front desk if possible. If your parcel is still not found please contact us via email at cs@KandyKissCosmetics.com further instructions on how to file a missing package claim.
